Refund Policy!


Thank you for buying courses from Youscore Solutions. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are using services of online assessment and mentorship program.

To buy services from Youscore, you are liable to agree the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. It is applicable on both a) the services purchased from website and b) the services purchased from our direct marketing.

Refunds & Cancellation-

  1. In case if user does not like the program- The program has 2 core values a) online assessment b) mentorship. For faster processing- User needs to define that whether he dislikes the services of mentorship or online assessment.

  1. User can demand for return within the 7 days of its purchase. However, user needs to give justified reasons to return the policy.

  2. The reasons given by user needs to be evaluated by our support team. User will be refunded if support team will not be able to bring solutions of his problem within next 15 days.

  1. Youscore will deduct 10% processing fee in case of cancellation.

  2. No refund will be made if user requests the refund after 7 days of its purcha

   c.  Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request only after checking the valid concerns.
